Go into Settings and choose Cellular. Choose Cellular Data and then which line to use as your primary... and reboot

I did transfer an old number, tested. It worked fine. Got a text saying reboot phone to complete transfer and after that it didn’t work

@Rdfoot6508 did you try porting (transferring) in an old number you had with another company? If so, it likely has not completed. When did you try porting?

Valid point. LOL. OK. Go into your settings and find the eSIM and make it your primary and then reboot. What phone do you have?

OK. So if you're new, have you tried rebooting the phone? Can you take out the SIM card and place it in a different phone? Sometimes a SIM card needs to be reprovisioned.

@Rdfoot6508 is text and data still working? Are you in Canada or in the US? Was your calling in/out working before? We need a bit more info to give you some suggestions

Hey @Rdfoot6508 

Can you share more information with us like....  are you new to public mobile or a long time customer? Have you tried dialing 611 to see if your account is paid up and active?
