Hi I am now on day 10 of waiting for a response from PM to my tickets sent on May 4 and a few more since then concerning the known issue of no text messages after porting to PM. In the mean time I have become aware of a number of important text messages that have been sent to me that I didn't get. My question is to those who got the issue resolved, did you get the missed messages yet, or are they simply lost? My reasoning is if those messages are still being saved up somewhere then there is reason to continue to wait for PM, but if those messages are lost for good then I should port back to my old provider asap.

This issue should be resolved now. Public mobile updated their post and said that a fix was implemented for the texting issue.

Tell the CS Agent to refresh the subscription's provisioning state of your phone number. That worked for me to get text messages - however I didn't get any potentially missed texts that might have been queued up somewhere.

Yes, in my sent box I see the list of 7 messages sent (one of which was a different issue and got resolved). In my inbox I only have the one response concerning the porting team's number. I think I got a confirmation and reference number for each ticket submitted, but I only saved 2 different confirmation numbers.

@BBark How are you submitting tickets, are you using the chatbot or private message, have you looked in your Sent folder to make sure any private messages were sent, and did you get any ticket number?

Thanks, the only response I got was the porting team's phone number and they were able to help me port to PM which was a different issue that got resolved quickly. But concerning the no text messages, I sent 6 tickets over the last 10 days and no response yet.

I never got any text messages that were sent to me when I had no text service. I I would say there lost. Also 10 days I would have left long ago.
Did you check your messages?
