Cannot send or receive text

I cannot send or receive texts when away from home...tried shutting down phone...also switching airplane mode off & on...please help

did you try Reset Network Settings?

and are you using Android or iPhone? if Android, what phone is that?

@Parkie did you recently join PM so this has been happening since joining or was this working before and just started acting up? Do you have access to another phone that you can try your SIM card in there as a test?

Something else you can try is shutting down, taking the SIM card out and then re-insert it and power back on.

you can also try doing a Network Reset but I would probably reach out to a support agent.
