@Big4cyn this is an error showing it is carrier locked.
did you get the phone from US? Maybe from Cloud Mobile?
Whichever carrier you got it from, you have to check with them for carrier unlock code. this is not something PM or other carrier can provide you, only the original carrier where you got the phone from

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
