When I try to login for payment on the desktop site I get this message: WE ENCOUNTERED AN ERROR PROCESSING YOUR REQUEST. This may be due to a system error, please go back to the previous page and try again. (Error Code: XXX)
I already tried clearing my cache, resetting my password, using another browser and using the mobile app, nothing seem to work.
I hope to fine some help here because the chat bot does not understand this problem.

I can't get to the point where I add my card. I select a plan (Click the "Get started button"), login and I'm met with an error page.

Unless site has major issues, do this:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

other than uninstall and reinstall, you need to also clear browser cache of the default browser on your phone

which addon are you trying to buy? Maybe you can try to buy it via *611 if you know the 4 digits account pin?
If not, wait an hour and try again. But make sure the credit card on file is correct with the proper expiry date

@CalebRM It best . To use the app for activation . Maybe try uninstalling the app and re instal it and try again . Also if you have been with PM in the last be sure to use a different email than before also . You can always change this later in your my account
