Pre-authorized payment will fail. If this happened, all you need to do is to make a manual payment. Login to My Account and select Reactivate My Plan, make the payment and the service will resume

How about this guess since we're all guessing...you can't use a regular debit card. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Visa Debit, some Mastercard Debit from a Canada or US bank using a Canada or US address.
Or another guess...nor can you pay from your bank in that direction with any kind of automated method.

@AnnaWiebe not sure if you want to enable or disable, but you can do so I'm My Account, Payment page. Manage payment method and the change your choice there

@AnnaWiebe @You can sign in to your self serve and go to payment tab and disable it if you want to end your plan or up date cc there too if this helps
