Hello,
I was recently on the $15 Talk and Text Plan but had decided to switch to the $20 3Gb/4G plan upon my renewal date (Nov 8).
Seems like the plan did not change and payment has already gone through. I'm wondering if I'm able to change to the $20 plan by paying the $5 difference or will I have to wait until the next subscription cycle?

did you check if PM took $15 or $20 from your card? Check My Account and go to Payment history to confirm
And to avoid cache problem, use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

Sorry, but there's no such thing at Public Mobile as paying the difference to get a more expensive plan. When did you request the scheduled change? If it was after the plan had already renewed on your $15 plan, it's possible that there is still plan changed scheduled for your next renewal date.

From my expererience, plans renewals are not usually done by 1 or 2am, and can sometimes be completed several hours later. Also, a account with a plan renewal date of November 8th would have been set to change the plan for this cusotmer nearly a full 24 hours earlier.

If you completed the final step and agreed to the condition in upgrading your plan. It should have changed early morning around 1:00am to 2:00am on November 9.
Also, once you agreed and on the app or online on your account It will indicate the change with the date indicated.
I would suggest you contact a CS_Agent and check why it didn't change on your renewal date.
