Change subscription error

Change subscription approved to start new plan on jan7-2025.

However after jan7 they did not change plan now the plan is removed. What can I do? 

The New plan is

$35 per month unlimited talk and 75gb data in Canada US and Mexico. $1000 long distance minutes international.

using a laptop ?...try using a different web browser and clear cache files. You might be seeing old account info.
