Charged even when unsubscribed

Hello public mobile, why have I been charged even when I unsubscribed I need a refund of the e last payment which was 38 dollars.

Did you unsubscribe before or after your renewal date? You shouldn’t be charged if it is before your renewal date but will be charged after the renewal date around midnight to 2:00am.

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen
