You know how PPL are jumping Up/Down for the 1GB on 90 day, what if PM offered a Special Add-On for them at a resonable fee, something that they may enjoy, domething fair that they maybe willing to accept.   So, for 1GB: $30 Normally   What if $15 for those ONLY on Certain 90 Day, like Prov-Wide, Global Txt, sounds reasonable.   I think if PM attempted to look into alternative options like this, perhaps PPL maybe willing to give PM the benefit of the doubt ... PM should be considerate, as there are those who don't wish to switch their $19 plans, BUT may require Add-On Txts from time to time.   I believe PM can make an excellent difference to include such an option, so that PPL can have the best of both worlds, and not having to worry about increasing fees if they're on a fixed income, or content with their $19 plan.   If PPL on $19 GF plans can get Add-On Data or Add-On Long-Distance, how come can they NOT get Add-On Txts too?   Very sad, and perhaps overlooked, but maybe not too late to review with second or third opinion.   Sometimes its the small gestures that makes all the difference in the world ... I noticed that the issues when PPL port their # from Telus/Koodo, using same email, and not realizing that due to PM using same back system as Telus/Koodo, using same email when porting can cause delays and issues.   Can PM have an disclaimer on porting activation paige alerting PPL who are porting from Telus/Koodo to use an Alternate Email for the Porting ONLY, and ONLY after the Porting was successful, then you can use your regular email of choice please?   This is something so small, but certainly can cause headaches and some customer negative experience.   This is something I am begging PM to do, to help smooth transition for those, so to make all rainbows and sunshine ... Good Day Everyone,     It seems lately there has been a bit of issues with Auto-Pay working on (some) accounts properly. My Suggestion is Swap the Auto-Pay account Billing Cycle Time to +1 hour after PM Has staffing on the forums to help right away. ie: 8am EST/9am EST/10am EST so that when/if a Auto-Pay customer fails due to a bug, they dont have to worry about extended period of offline time.  I dont know how easy this would be to implement, or if this would be possible.  But it is an idea to better provide help to the already top notch customer service on the forums during the hours there are staff, and provide an opportunity to succeed where it is currently failing until the issue is located and fixed.    Positives as-well, in the future once it is fixed. it provides a better window to providing customer service to anyone having issues due to end of billing cycle payments.   Thank you for your time. ... Welp, I saw someone suggest nicer plans, and promos from companies, etc. @makkahn28 *cough*. Anyways, I know you guys are owned by Telus. This is good news, as Telus is currently running a promotion with Cineplex to get free Scene Points (http://www.telus.com/en/bc/deals/scene/) which is cool, but to be honest, I used to be with Virgin Mobile, and as much as I hated the service, I LOOOOOVVVEEDDDD the Member Benefits: http://www.virginmobile.ca/en/members-lounge/index.html There was quite a few times they would offer 2-for-1 deals on Cineplex Passes. There have been a number of cases of people setting up their plan for text and/or data (ie no talk), and then buying LD minutes for the occasional call they want to make. And it makes sense that they think they can do that as the similar (reverse) situation of having a plan with no data but instead using a data add-on for occasional data is valid.  Anyway, yes PM has added a fine print note to the Plans page "Long distance add-ons require a monthly talk feature on the rate plan", which is good, but doesn't go far enough as it is pertty easy to miss. What PM really should do in addition is add an block that stops people from purchasing LD minutes if they do note have a talk plan.This could take the form of making the option not selectable (greying out) or an error message, etc (Since PM has no intention of providing the LD service without the talk plan, is it even ethical to sell it under that circumstance...?) ... you know, what if PM had a system where we, the PM Guest Client, rank and grade our PM Reps, like a report card, as this could help with not just feedbacks, what was awesome, what was ok, and what can be improved, and perhaps the PM Rep that gets the best grade of the month, gets an Employees Badge, something that serves as an incentive for PM Reps to always give their 110%.   What you think? ... Just got on the wagon for mobile and WOW what a difference! I love the idea of a self serve mobile plan where other users help each other and mods come in for serious issues for a reduced fee and rewards for staying with you (instead of increasing fees/yr).   Why not create a home internet service similar to Mobile services. remove all the big three fluff, create affordable home internet plans for different data/speed ranges and (if you do) give a reward for having 2 services with PM.    I for one am sick of Rogers and Bell internet constantly rising in price for less service... I have three phones I want to move to Public Mobile.  When I go to the home page and click the "Order now" button in the Order a SIM card section of the page, or click on "Order a SIM card" (near the bottom of the page) or click on Get Started then Order a SIM card, they all take me to the same page that accepts my credit card information and charges me $10 to ship me one single SIM card.  There should be an option to order multiple SIM cards and have them shipped out together for a single $10 charge.   Ken  ... The question is, in fact, about international long distance. There is not list of rates.
