It seems lately there has been a bit of issues with Auto-Pay working on (some) accounts properly. My Suggestion is Swap the Auto-Pay account Billing Cycle Time to +1 hour after PM Has staffing on the forums to help right away. ie: 8am EST/9am EST/10am EST so that when/if a Auto-Pay customer fails due to a bug, they dont have to worry about extended period of offline time. I dont know how easy this would be to implement, or if this would be possible. But it is an idea to better provide help to the already top notch customer service on the forums during the hours there are staff, and provide an opportunity to succeed where it is currently failing until the issue is located and fixed.
Positives as-well, in the future once it is fixed. it provides a better window to providing customer service to anyone having issues due to end of billing cycle payments.
