I hope, Once Roam is snuggled, that PM will offer and tweak the Add-Ons More, like a Unlim Tk+Txt+500 MB and 1 GB, take current fees, 8+8+20=36+ Tx, $41-42ish, maybe a Bundle like a 500 for $27, 1GB for $31-$32, that would be kinda Fairish, just saying   Have a 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 14 Day Cycle as well, and a PrePlan your Roam, so that you can activate on the Date, Just can't choose to switch off, a One way Switch on PrePlan your Roam approach   PM Should also Consider Restoring the 500 MB Canada Data Add-Ons as well   If PM can perhaps later on, if possible, if US Carriers are willing, if We can use the Add-Ons Data Canada Wide, w/o expiration date, Even if we Must Pay a bit more, like $35 for 1GB, $25 for 500 MB, and $12 for 250 MB, Maybe that can create some more Buzz, Zing and zesty creation.   Also, Update the Coverage Map to Have US in, Emphasize in Bold Letters that US Requires an Roaming Add-Ons in order to Roam Outside Canada, just saying   Also, perhaps Emphasizing, if there is an Limit per 30 or 90 day Cycle, if APPLICABLE, as I know Many Carriers have the Fine print that states a Certain% in Roaming is Allowed, over that and plan maybe Terminated or altered to something else, just so that PM Clients avoid any confusion if they use the Roaming Add-Ons too Much.   Just saying, as This is a Different setup compared to the other Carriers and their own setups ... Now that US Roaming is live and prices are out I have a suggestion.    The prices are amazing for  multi day trips, but when looking at what the options are if you just want to hop over to the US for a day trip Roam Mobility still wins with $4.95 for talk, text and 500MB of data.   So  how about a single day pack? It can be considerably more expensive than the "per day" rate of the 10 day packs, and maybe even a little more expensive than Roam because you get to keep your number and have the convenience of not switching SIMs.    I would probably be willing to pay $6.00 or maybe even $7.00 for a single day pass with unlimited talk and text and 250MB of data. Or maybe even drop the text and just data and talk for $5 or so? Most of us can use iMessage/Whatsapp to handle our text needs for a day. It would be a lot better than dropping $8 for just talk or $10 for just data that is valid for 10 days on a 1 day trip.  ... View more

Having a dealine of Nov 20th for the $40 deal is great if you have bricks and motar stores, but with ordering a SIM card online and having it shipped being the only way to actually get one the dealine is more like Nov 15th (Today) because any cards ordered after today are probably at risk of not arriving in time before Nov 20th.   It probably wouldn't be hard for PM to keep a list of all card #s shipped this week and allow them to activate on the $40 plan after Nov 20th.    If not for this promo, maybe for the next one? ... There needs to be a way to slow down the speech and prompt level. The English prompts are too rapid with virtually no pauses between speech and options. since i have been with pm, i have heared same problems what a new customer have over and over again . i know some of problems was caused by new customer who do not handle the process correctly and some of them because pm system did not do right. i would like to suggest pm to work on their system to get better service for new customer for activating the new account (such as port number in short time when mass of people port number at same time,calling in and call out features, textmessage)  autopay and reward.     this is major problems i have seen so far that most of new customer getting 。 ... it would be great if pm can create one sepcail subject for new customer step by step how to activate their account and knowing how to solve the common problems what other customers have been seen. always it would be great idead to conclude and finalily others mistakes to make succesful for the propertective customers.   ... I have a suggestion for new or replacement SIM CARD. PM is only a self serve, and the SIM CARD should be available in any Telus store. By the way no one will face disconnected until receiving a SIM card by mail and wait for a week or so. What is your ideas regarding this suggestion? ... View more

How about a US data roaming addon for a fixed amount of data that doesn't expire?  It could be more expensive than the 1GB/10 days price.  I'd suggest the $30 1GB addon be usable for both Canada and US. There should be a way to see who you have referred in a list format and those who recently left Public Mobile (up to 30 days?).   This way in case if there is any issues, we know who we need to ask if they did in fact left public mobile. For privacy, only display the last 4 digit of the phone number that you have referred on the list.  ... View more
