everything is online here, but we need help from real people not robots. in my case, i tried everything and the system is so stupid that keeps asking me the same questions over and over. i suggest a call center with real people in it.
I agree with Luddite that it's not going to happen. The only way it would happen would be if prices go up. And if that's the case, what's the point of even keeping the Public Mobile brand up and running? It would just end up being a duplicate of Koodo.
This business model is excellent. This why Public Mobile can give us lower prices. I also like the community engagement! This is like our own social network!
