for pm new customer

it would be great if pm can create one sepcail subject for new customer step by step how to activate their account and knowing how to solve the common problems what other customers have been seen. always it would be great idead to conclude and finalily others mistakes to make succesful for the propertective customers.

look in the knowledgebase ... its all there.

Unfortunatly Knowledge base is the last place people look.  there should be a button next to get help, called "Activation instructions" or something similar.  I would love to see FAQ and everything could be listed.
