Status: Brand new

since i have been with pm, i have heared same problems what a new customer have over and over again . i know some of problems was caused by new customer who do not handle the process correctly and some of them because pm system did not do right. i would like to suggest pm to work on their system to get better service for new customer for activating the new account (such as port number in short time when mass of people port number at same time,calling in and call out features, textmessage)  autopay and reward.  

 

this is major problems i have seen so far that most of new customer getting 。

@Cypm I would, but mine pre-dates yours by at least a week and by 31 votes.  Can we just consolidate support for the idea in my thread, maybe?
