I know during this promo the mods have had a huge backlog. It would be nice to know the approximate response time/ fix time for various issues customers can expect to have in both in regular normal times (tends to be less than 24 hours during business hours) and extraordinary times (like this promo) ie 72 hours from initial message date or even better simply what day messages mods are working on.
I know Immigration Canada shows "we are working on applications submitted on this date".
It might even alleviate sending messages numerous times and to multiple mods, which only makes the problem worse.
