This may already be a thing I don’t know. But there should be a feature for texting a mod. Just a general number that mods can check and answer. Seems silly given the structure is self service and community based but say I sign up for a talk and text plan with no data. And I need assistance. Or I’m just out and my data craps out. Especially with auto pay say my data runs out and I’m not near a computer or wifi being able to text a mod and request a top up of data would be a good thing.  ... View more

At the moment, you can only subscribe to individual discussion threads. It would be very helpful to be able to subscribe to specific areas of the community, NOT using RSS feeds,  e.g. Discussions, Plans & Add-ons, or especially Announcements, etc.   I know this is a third party forum tool but please see about having this functionality added.   P.S. You know how with IMEI Lost/Stolen or Compatibility, Just to CHECK for Compatibility, If there was a way to JUST Click the Brand, Model, and then they list SUB-Models and IF 3G OR 3&4G LTE compatible   Would that be more of a Simplified and Direct WAY to determine the Compatibility of handset, IN a Language PM Clients could at least Understand, even those with little Tech experience?   There are still PPL who have SOME difficulty, would this make Process easier, Separate from Determining If Handset was Lost/Stolen Making things more Simple to understand? ... I am using chrome.After I logged into PM website with my account(not this community), when I click the big orange PM logo on the top left, it takes me to a wrong link "https://publicmobile.ca/undefined/bc/" . but it does work for IE and Edge. but not good for Chrome.even not good for the top buttons of 'get started','our plans','get help', but 'community' button is good. here is the error message, I did clearing my cookies already. no luck. I think PM should consider having the ability to allow PM Clients to SEND & RECEIVE Txts in the Self-Serve Portal IF Phone is DEAD, STOLEN, similar to using a PC to send and receive Txts, to bring services UP TO 21ST Century Standards   CERTAIN Frills maybe Necessary, especially when emergencies arise ...
