All plans are eligable except pioneer and legacy I believe.  If you are on one of those plans and you switch you can also get loyalty rewards who's should equal around 3$.

Legacy plans will never be eligible for rewards, as they are too inexpesnive already.

You could always change to a new plan and get rewards. 🙂
