Instead of offering less for more, offer less for less, like you said you would. The new plans are insane. Those of us who have switched to PM did so for VALUE. Your new plans offer no value.   You don't sell phones, you don't have any kind of live support, there are constantly a ton of *real* problems (activation issues, billing issues, etc) being posted about on these forums, so it's unreal you expect people to pay these new prices.   If you want to drive people to Koodo/Telus, just shut down PM instead of talking out both sides of your mouth.   Even though the plan I signed up for a month ago was cheap by Canadian standards, it was still rediculously expensive by international standards. Seeing as though you (Public) have now raised the rates across the board (even the 6GB/90 day on 3G saw a $2 increase per month over the old LTE plans), why not bring back a little incentive to the consumer.   Totally free activation, pay for just the plan.    I would understand not having free-to-order SIM cards, because I wouldn't blame people spamming a system like that after these hikes (JK), but if you could waive/refund the SIM cost after activation, it would do a little bit of good. ... I think it would be beneficial for PM to have some side by side comparisons of its new 3g vs LTE  showing various examples of different activities so people will know what to expect.   It is asking a lot form people to signup for a service for 90 days and not knowing in advance what the speed will be. ... This may have already been suggested, but during my initial switchover from FM, I made a mistake in selecting the correct options for the special FM Customer promo, selecting Canada-wide calling instead of Province-wide calling. I found it extemely difficult to make the changes to my plan afterwards, and in the end was charged a second time.   This may be part of the process, but it seems strange that every minor change, especially when the plan price is reduced by changes made online, would result in a second charge to my credit card.   Everything has been sorted, and I understand that there was some issues with the porting of my number that may have affected what was made available and visible online, but a way to change the plan without being charged again if occuring within a short period of time since the previous payment, would be an excellent and flexible way of ensuring minor mistakes can be fixed without having to wait for a Mod to sort out these problems ... Hello,   It would be great if you could incorporate functionality to save or refer to 'favourite' posts. Although the keyword search is good, it would be great if I could save ideas from the community for future reference. I would like all SIM cards that are still active to have the ability to access the Public Mobile website. This will allow users to top up data by using their own cellular connection if they do not have any other means to do so. Many new customer become fustrated when they do not hear from PM mods for days or see their messages are unread.   In high volume times there should be a banner or announcement which says "we are currently working on messaged recieved on day x,  please be patient and please only send one message as we work in the order messages are recieved.  this shoulld be updated daily   I know this was discussed last year but didn;t find a Public Lab post. ... Hi    This is my first time to check the useage history. But the system seems that did NOT work well for the history checking, here is what I found if the programmer can take care of it:   1. when I select the start /end day method, it didn't work, only show the default 7 days.  2. when I used the last 90 days, the history data were not ordered by time only, I have no idea what is the order. It is not convenient for the customer to check the history. Would you let programmers configure the query by the datetime only from your database please? 3. when I checked the history by clicking the arrows, it didnot work well either. after I clicked few times, the whole history data back to default 7days. Just thought of it, it would be nice if Some how pm can add a dialog box to send a straight private msg to mod dept right in self serve instead of contact us form which lots of users I heard says not recommended.
