The usage history

This is my first time to check the useage history. But the system seems that did NOT work well for the history checking, here is what I found if the programmer can take care of it:

1. when I select the start /end day method, it didn't work, only show the default 7 days. 

2. when I used the last 90 days, the history data were not ordered by time only, I have no idea what is the order. It is not convenient for the customer to check the history. Would you let programmers configure the query by the datetime only from your database please?

3. when I checked the history by clicking the arrows, it didnot work well either. after I clicked few times, the whole history data back to default 7days. It is really a bad programming.

Yeah - I've been downloading the usage history into an Excel spreadsheet and the numbers seem to be higher than the total shown on the webpage and in my phone than in usae histroy.

My usage history from 22nd of June through to July 10th sums up to 3,512 MB but my phone and the overview on the site say 3.2 GB. Also usage history for today doesn't seem to show up at all.

Are there are any re-devlopments planned on how usage history is shown and calculated and can there be a "Dump all data to CSV" option?

I think this is the same as the payment system, in that values are not available until a "once a day" process is completed.  It seems like something tied into early morning hours when the system can update quicker, as things are generally quietter in very early hours, than during business hours.

Please note, this is my thoughts on how it works, and not an offical stance or state (that I know of) from Public Mobile.

I don't think that is same as payment. It should be just a query to get data from the database and sorted by condition. The condition should be sorted by the date time. This is basically just database query...
