You know how Public Mobile recently revealed their BRAND SPANKIN NEW 90 Day stuff, I had chance to look at Brochure on this, and thought, maybe its too much for ONE person, Maybe TWO can Benefit   What if Public had this in place, where if for the 90 Day, PPL can have the option to have 2 Tri-Sims, Either one for them and their Spouses, OR, One for Handset and the other for their Tablet, And it can ONLY be used IF Data plan(s) were above certain amount, AS WELL as on a 90 DAY cycle. I just thought of this, as this can certainly be handy at times:   What if Public Mobile had this service, if PPL went on a Vacation, and were from BC, Example, and went to QB, and wanted a Temp QB #, what if PM had where you can chooses a Temp # from that Province, W/O sacrificing their Regular Cell #'s that is their Primary #   Wonder if its even possible   If PPL changed #'s, even Temp, usually # is sent BACK to the pool for reassignment, maybe if PM offered this service, PPL can see more benefits ... I noticed that in Public Mobile's Coverage Map, it Lacks Pointing out Where LTE 4G is Covered in Canada, Just Generic   Public Mobile needs to have Coverage Map Re-designed to Display Where LTE 4G Coverage is, like Purple for LTE In concentrated areas, Light Purple in outer layers of Range.     Orange for 3G areas, so ppl can determine Where is What, and use LTE 4G When Available and in Range ... Public Mobile should have some sort of system in place where PPL can check the Status of their A/C when on vacation, similar to how ppl check their handset's IMEI to determine if handset is compatible or not.   You know, Public Mobile should have a Client checker, a Quick system that allows ppl to determine if their accounts are Active/Suspended/Deactivated   Like a Tool bar, If trying to find if Phone is Compatible, what if PM had a tool bar, Enter Name of Owner of Account, PM Phone #, and after a moment, if Account is still Active, It says " This Public Mobile Account is Still Active" in Green Lettering   If Account was Suspended, would read "This Public Mobile Account is Currently Suspended" in Yellow Lettering, and telling how long account has been Suspended, and how long to Top before account is Deactivated   If Account is Deactivated, "Sorry, This Public Mobile Account is Now Deactivated" in RED lettering   Explaining the process of Signing up for PM   If PM had such a Tool, This would Cut down on this, as this is becoming more bigger than thought   Sometimes, PPL are not as specific when asking questions in regards to their A/C, like unable to access, or I was on vacation, they do not specify how long away since last payment made   A Account Tool Tab like this, can certainly be as helpful as the community is able to ... When we try to help other ppl, its HARD to tell who is on the NEW Plan, and who's ON the GF Old Plan   PM should tweak Community System a bit, so that we can know who's who, to a degree, so that we can offer them best info, without having to guess. It would be very helpful for PM to post a network outage AS SOON AS they know it under Featured Topics. It will save a lot of aggravation when we are telling each other to reset, reboot, confirm your account is valid, etc. when in fact the issue is a network outage, as happened just yesterday. ... Had this, as perhaps this maybe the Sweetener of a Ideas:   If, example, One chose Canada-Wide Talk+Text+4Gig Data, $95 But after Discount $80   Chose 90 Day, received an additional $5-7 off, either for the Whole 90 Days or Per Month of Three month, so between $15-$21   Chose 180 Day, Got between $8-$10 Additional off   So either $8-$10 for entire 180 Days, or $48-$60 off per Month for the 180 Days   and/or If you chose 90-180 Day, if you picked 90-180 Days for 4-6x, Get 7th for 50% off or something, Similar to a 7-11 thing, That's What I believe might entice ppl to risk it all on 90-180 Days Cycle, otherwise, ppl might be extremely Warey of Signing up for a Such long Term, They need Some reassurances that the long-term is Worth The Price they paid, Since Refunds is Completely Out-of-the-question ... I JUST HAD THIS CRAZY, YET VIABLE IDEA TO SHARE   What if PM had an Special Plan, where if PPL bought let's say 7 Days worth of Talk, that's roughly 108 HRS worth, and it was treated SIMILAR To an Add-On, Never Expires, But stays until Its Consumed, Designed for PPL who use Phone on the occasional times.   Yes, Fee would be Big, BUT, 108 HRS worth, + 1000 Outgoing Txts, Unlimited Incoming Txts, 1 Gig Data, Fee was $100, But you stretched it so it lasted 6-8 Months, That may certainly prove to be The biggest Bargain since Value Village.   What you think? I had this Idea that maybe an Answer to Data Allocations   You know how currently theres only 1 and 4 Gig,   Lets say PM added 250, 500, 750 as well, if You wanted, let's say, 1.5 Gigs, Clicking the 1 Gig, then Adding the 500 MB, This is NOT an Add-On, Part of the Rate Data Plan, giving ppl the option to pick up the Right amount that they want, and maybe even adding another Reward where you get -$5-$15 Credit when you Bundle the original 2 OR 3 Rate plans, Talk+Text+Data, and adding a forth where if you Bundle, expample, 1 Gig and another 1 Gig for 2 Gigs, and instead of Paying $40 for two 1 Gigs, receive a -$5-$10 for that as well, Offering that flexibility can surely make even Pessimatic Clients Happy as a Rock ... PM should heavily consider creating, as a separate plan, an Idling Absence fee if on vacation for longer than 90 days, so that their accounts will be awaiting their grand return.
