Public Mobile should have some sort of system in place where PPL can check the Status of their A/C when on vacation, similar to how ppl check their handset's IMEI to determine if handset is compatible or not.
You know, Public Mobile should have a Client checker, a Quick system that allows ppl to determine if their accounts are Active/Suspended/Deactivated
Like a Tool bar, If trying to find if Phone is Compatible, what if PM had a tool bar, Enter Name of Owner of Account, PM Phone #, and after a moment, if Account is still Active, It says " This Public Mobile Account is Still Active" in Green Lettering
If Account was Suspended, would read "This Public Mobile Account is Currently Suspended" in Yellow Lettering, and telling how long account has been Suspended, and how long to Top before account is Deactivated
If Account is Deactivated, "Sorry, This Public Mobile Account is Now Deactivated" in RED lettering
Explaining the process of Signing up for PM
If PM had such a Tool, This would Cut down on this, as this is becoming more bigger than thought
Sometimes, PPL are not as specific when asking questions in regards to their A/C, like unable to access, or I was on vacation, they do not specify how long away since last payment made
A Account Tool Tab like this, can certainly be as helpful as the community is able to
