Public Mobile should, in the Major Cities and surrounding area, have Tri-Sim Dispencers that dispense the Sims, as another way of offering Sims to PPL, and easing the load, AFTER PM Officially Opens to the Gen-Pop
An alternative would be to allow retailers who sell vouchers to also sell SIMs. If retail was $10 and a Reward of $8 on activation, either as replacement or new customer, the new customer cost is only $2 which would certainly be worth it to me to get back up the same day.
After beta ends of course .
