It would be very helpful for PM to post a network outage AS SOON AS they know it under Featured Topics. It will save a lot of aggravation when we are telling each other to reset, reboot, confirm your account is valid, etc. when in fact the issue is a network outage, as happened just yesterday.

A simple Color-Coded for Network readiness, in whole canada, and regions, then provincial, then cities

 

Green for Excellent 

 

Amber for Great

 

Yellow for Good

 

Red for BAD

 

Blue for Poor

 

Purple for Network Outage
