Is this a Telus issue or just PM issue? Seems to be an over-congested network, based on recent growth on Telus network (Telus, Public, Koodo).

Unfortunately, I want my plan changed from 90 days to 30 days. It was supposed to happen as it was scheduled but it hasn't. Now my number is inactive.

Will plan changes and autopayments be OK? I have requested a plan change over email and my autopayment is tonight. I hope I don't loose my number this way.

I've truly enjoyed my windows phone from blu. It recently got the updated OS as well. It's just the availability of apps.But ui is one of the best for mobile platforms. If Microsoft keeps this up, they can tip over the crucial critical mass curve.
