PM should have this built-into the Self-Serve:
Being able to still send Text messages to other ppl if Your Handset was Stolen/Lost/Broken, to maintain some sort of Contact
Can be wonders in cases of Dire Circumstances, ONLY to be used IF Handset was BROKEN/LOST/STOLEN
This Option should be considered as a viable option
