Hi Public Mobile, We had an instance today where someone misread their utilized data amount in the My Add-ons section of their overview page in self-serve following a renewal, and thought their data did not get reset: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Plans-Add-Ons/quot-My-add-ons-quot-Data-not-resetting-after-renewal-period/m-p/140976/highlight/true#M14920 Upon closer examination, you can clearly see what's going on. And it reminded me of a previous identical issue not long ago: http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/Urgent-Bad-internet-Add-ons-after-auto-pay-6GB-Data-5-293-6144/m-p/130632/highlight/true#M42698 I would like to see the data usage display be a bit clearer. Here are two options that might help: Option 1: Add a "," separator, such as "1,296.441 / 12,288" Option 2: Add the ".000" to the available amount, such as "1296.441 / 12288.00" Option 3: Add a percentage used and/or percentage remaining in addition to the number, such as "10.55 % used; 49.45% remaining" Any of the above could be combined, such as "1,296.441 / 12,288.00 - 10.55% used" Option 4: this one is likely more work: provide a graph (suggested pie graph) showing the amount used (the 1,296.441) as a slice out of the whole pie (the 12288.00). This would give a graphical representation and help reduce misunderstanding. In fact, option 4 could be combined with any or all of 1, 2, and 3 also. In fact maybe it's a way of implementing. Implement #1 and #2 right in the current text to increase readability, and then display the 10.55% over the slice used and the 89.45% over the slice remaining. Thanks for your consideration!
