I am unable to make payment online, it does not accept my ZIP, although it says US- CAD addresses I provide my US card with US zip but the postal code/ZIP field only allows postal code as it expects the space after 3 characters.

I have been paying a Public Mobile bill using a U.S. bank issued credit card for the last 2 years. My card is expiring so I had to update the payment method with the new card, which is also a U.S. bank issued card. But I'm having the same problem, as it won't accept a U.S. zip code. I tried entering a valid Canadian postal code, but it said to "try again later". Please fix the problem, PM.

from the design of the interface, there is no way to enter a US zip code. Many have similar question and problem to use US credit card.

@Frosty7 sorry, while US card is allowed, it has to tir with a Canadian address
if you don't have a credit or Visa Debit card linked to a Canadian address, you can either pay by voucher or by prepaid credit card. Both can be purchased in SDM/711/London Drug/Shell
