HI,
I am currently in Mexico and bought the Mexico-Can-Us plan for 45$. I am unable to make calls. I dial 001 + area code+ 7 digit number and I always get a 8UC2 error.

Try dialing +1 and area code and 7 numbers…it worked for me. I’m in Mexico now as well.

@maimitch In Mexico you are supposed to be able to make calls within Mexico with just the ten digit normal phone number. Can you make calls to anywhere else? As @hTideGnow said, does data work, texting? That would help figure out what the problems is. What carrier are you connecting to, and are you set to 5G, 4G/LTE or 3G?

hi @maimitch
your data work?
not 3 zeros, but try calling 00+1 <area code> <7 digits> (the + in between 00 and 1 is actual plus sign to dial)
and also call by 1 <area code ><7 digits>
and also try just 00 1 <area code> <7 digits>

Hi,
I tried just calling the number "normally' still the same error code and the plus is part of the 0 so do I add 3 zero's?

hi @maimitch
try just call 1 <area code > < 7 digits>
also try call 00+1 <area code><7 digits> (please note the + there after 00 is actual punching in the + on the phone)
