Does anyone know how to get Public Mobile to send another sim? I ordered it about 2 months ago with a plan and have not received it yet. I can't seem to get in contact with anyone who will help me with it.

@Bill40 all contact with Public Mobile is through messaging. I would suggest you go to a Telus/koodo store and purchase one if they sell it. Best to find the phone number and call around first. Or buy the $4.99 one from Amazon. It works just same as the more expensive one.
Then you can change the SIM number in your profile online. If you have difficulties with it then message them at the link below for assistance.

FYI, if you are able to arrange picking one up at a local Telus/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store near you, you will save a lot of time. You can also order from Amazon.ca for $5 and it should arrive in 1 or 2 days
