We are going to Mexico for a month and the Can/ Mexico plan looks good.
Has anyone had any problems with it?
I have read that you can not downgrade from this plan although there is nothing comparable available?

I’m currently having problems with it and I’ve been troubleshooting for hours. Will let you know if I find a solution. Currently can’t connect to a network and none of the troubleshooting online helps.

downgrade is still possible, but depends what plan choices PM offers you, but likely you. cannot change back to your existing plan
it's easy to use the service in Mexico, so no worries about it

I'm in Mx right now and can say that the plan works as good here as if I was in Canada. Unfortunately we won't be able to downgrade plans when we get home...unless PM changes their philosophy.
