Hi there! I was trying to suscribe to a mobile plan in the Public Mobile web page and app, but both didn't let me pay, its said: Payment Failed! Please try again or use a different payment method.

Anyone could help me? or maybe know how to make it works?

@9eca8  Then you need to contact customer service.  An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar to the right of the bell icon to access messages if there's no envelope.  They usually reply reasonably quickly but it can take a while sometimes.

Yes, it's the first time subscribing. I already tried in the app with the location servicing turn on and I got the same result.

@9eca8  You are subscribing for the first with Public Mobile?  To set up an account you do need to use the app, did you have location services turned on?  If you did then contact customer service at the link already given.  You can't pay for an account with vouchers when it's during set up of a first subscription.

First, if you have any other payment card, try with that to make sure that’s not the issue.

If the issue persists, maybe wait some time to try again.

Get in touch with customer support using the link below. Provide them basic account information such as account #, name, email, etc. Be logged in to your community account and monitor mailbox icon on top right.

You can also purchase vouchers at gas stations like 7/11, Shell, etc. Real Canadian Superstore, London Drugs. I only recommend this if you have any of them nearby. Call your nearest place to ask if they have them available. Then you can pay with a voucher.

Hi, please clear your browser cache, try using incognito mode, or try using a different browser. If that doesn’t work, download the app directly. After choosing SIM, etc, try to pay for the plan using app.
