@johnny4 this is an open forum, please remove your number for you own protection. Go back to your post, click the down arrow on top right and click Edit Messsage to remove
And PM support is all online, so, you need to open ticket with them to engage them
For the unnecessary charge, would you mind to share what was it? Maybe a pending charge? And remember PM will add tax on top of all charges, My account will only show charges without tax
