Sim card holder has it but can't activate it. Tried selecting nwt but postal codes n billing codes are not accepting?

Coverage for n Nunavut is spotty so check the coverage map to see if there is service in your area:
If Nunavut is not in the subscription menu, pick a closest province near you or contact a CS_Agent by private messaging on this Community forum.
Click on the envelope icon on your computer and pm them.

Address is NOT important here as it is a Prepaid provider. PM does not validate address nor send the address for CC payment. You can use your WPG address
The phone number, can you pick the area code and province he wants?

That’s OK @Jashaw – just pick the community or location closest to you and go with that.
Having the exact location is not important in the activation process.

Purchased card in WPG. Trying to activate n pay. There is no Nunavut selection box in provinces selection
