Unfortunately, Public Mobile customer support agents cannot be contacted by phone. Customers should making that contact thorugh the ticketing process as linked to by Yummy.

@salmankhan there is a number to the porting team for live support. call them and they will provide you your porting status. I will message you the number. Check your Community inbox, envelope icon on top right.
and are you porting form another mobile account or landline? if Mobile, did you reply to a text from your old provider and you replied YES within 90 mins?

Sorry to hear about your troubles with porting. More details would be helpful. What has happened so far? Are you porting into Public mobile? Or from Public mobile to another company? Your original account needs to be active before a port can be completed. Did you respond to the original carrier port request text?

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

It’s too bad you feel that way. Certainly you were aware that Public offers better pricing because we use the community (other customers)to take care of many issues. If you can’t get your concern solved here then you need to submit a ticket to get resolution.
