Don't trust us, we are only customers like you. Trust CS Agent. Message them and ask. If any agent say you can change plan without problem, you have that as a proof in case there is argument

I would also check the announcement thread related to the specific promo. And all the fine print in Self-Serve "Plan Details". Sometimes they explicitly define conditions, restrictions, and options attached to the promo bonus.

All those extra 2GB activation bonus has a term saying you will loss it if you change your plan. We heard people loosing that even with a plan upgrade
