Note that extra payment will remain in your account as credit to pay your next month bill. No money is lost…amount will be in your account.

If you did indeed overpay, you can reach a CS agent and request a credit to your account.

@Ruthellen for account and billing issues you will need to reach out to a support agent.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

You would need to contact customer service agent. However, it will take about 2-3 weeks for a refund on credit card. It is usually easier just to leave the available funds until your next payment date. Ie. you won't need to pay the next payment cycle.
