I couldn't use my phone.I was told I hadn't paid on the 3rd so I sent another payment this morning on the 4th.  Phone still not working and when I go to my banking, I HAD paid it on the 3rd.  Came out of my account!!!  So now I've paid twice and stil...

I missed my payment by a day but paid this morning.  How long before I can use my phone?  Is it possible to pay on the same date every month?

I accidently paid twice and would like to get that second payment returned to me.  How?
