I couldn't use my phone.

I was told I hadn't paid on the 3rd so I sent another payment this morning on the 4th.  

Phone still not working and when I go to my banking, I HAD paid it on the 3rd.  Came out of my account!!!  So now I've paid twice and still can't use my phone.  If I can't switch to pay on the same date every month, I guess I will have to switcfh my server.

Pleaee note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and NOT on a monthly cycle so the renewal date shortens about a day every 2 months.

login My Account using Incognito mode.  Does it show your account is active or On Hold?  Any amount showing on Available Funds?

Check Payment History, does it show any entries there on 3rd and 4th?  if there are any, you might want to post screenshot (remember to remove personal info), and we can help
