can a csm contact me about transfer prepaid number to public mobile
like to keep existing koodo number
already registered sim with PM, we have the old Koodo sim number, koodo account number and the new PM sim number

Try this. It's super easy as I've ported from Fongo to my PM phone.
How to port number from “Blank” to Public Mobile
First, make sure your number can be ported by checking on this link
https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/default.do
Or log in to your Public Mobile account
Then on your right side you’ll see this box. Click on Transfer Phone Number.
Then enter the number you want transfer and continue to next step
NOTE: Keep your old providers SIM card inside the phone until you get the confirmation text. Say YES. But wait just a bit longer until you no longer see your old provider's name up top. Once it’s gone, try making a call to test. If you can not make a call using your old providers SIM, the transfer has gone through.

Once you can access the new pm account you will need to send a detailed message to customer support using the link below. Include both the full name on the koodo account, the koodo phone # and acct# .

Transferring a Phone Number from Koodo Prepaid
If you wish to transfer an existing numbering from Koodo Prepaid, you will need to first complete your activation with a new number, then reach out to our Customer Support Agents here in order to transfer your existing number to Public Mobile.

Have you gone through the PM signup 100% yet? You will need to go through the signup for PM fully with the app and choose one of the numbers they have available. Once your account is active and fully setup, you can contact customer service to do the transfer of the Koodo prepaid number for you.
You’ll need to provide them with the account number and the number you intend to port from Koodo.
If you already have a PM account setup and ready to do the transfer please reach out to customer service.
