I bought 100 gig plan transferred my number. I thought he did xxxxxxxxxxxxx over to a new eSIM. I have one line already on another eSIM with a different plan and when I went to activate my xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I tried several times it kept failing and then it’s a contact customer support and that I couldn’t use that eSIM anymore so needless to say I still have not been able to use my hundred gig plan or my phone number that I was trying to transfer over or an eSIMMy other line works fine. Was my other plan I just need this one working. I have an iPhone 11

Duel eSIM would work, but for easier setup, try disable the other eSIM first (toggle off Turn on this line). Then reboot phone and check if PM sim is now Primary. Of course , make sure it is toggled on Turn on this line for the PM esim

@MissSword I'm not sure if it's entirely relevant to what you are trying to do, but isn't iPhone 11 a physical sim and an esim, not dual esim? Perhaps the best thing is for you to contact Public Mobile customer service to sort this out for you, send them a private message here

An agent will reply at the envelope icon top right of this page, or tap your avatar to access messages if no envelope
