I recently used an eSIM from Airalo on my device. I entered my cell phone number associated with my public mobile physical SIM by mistake and now I cannot get my public mobile phone service to work. It will allow me to call but my number cannot be associated with my texts. I also can get cell service. I am worried that my physical SIM has been deactivated. I really can’t change my number! Do I need to buy a new sim or transfer the eSIM number over?

hi @Charlottevcraig you can fix that yourself as it was just a settings on your phone
if you are using Android, go to Sim Manager, remove the esim that was added by Airalo.
on iPhone, go to Settings->Cellular and delete the esim added by Airalo
After that esim is gone, reboot your phone, then go back to the Sim Manager (or Settings->Cellular screen) and make sure your Public Mobile sim is enabled (or Turn on this line is toggled on if you are using iPhone) and make sure it is set as Active. Then Reset Network Settings on your phone and you should be able to get full service with PM
