Hi,
Hello I need help as I no longer have any signal at home.
When I try dialing it say no mobile networks available even if the picture of PUBLIC MOBILE is visible.

what phones are the first and second one? if your first one is the older phone, it could be a problem with the 3G Network in your area

I put the SIM on to an other phone and SIM is Ok.
The first phone became non-functional this morning, and the cause is unknown.

Have you tried rebooting your device? Or turn airplane mode on for 10 seconds and then turn it off.

So, it could be just a local network issue in your area if any. But please also try your sim card on another phone to confirm it is not a device problem
if same, please submit ticket as advised above

check if your account is active. Login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if it is suspended, make a manual payment to resume service. But if it is showing active, the non your phone, try changing the network mode to 3G and 4G (LTE) , try both , and see if any of the two connected
