i have tried to activate my subscription and something did not go right? i cant seem to get past this ?
it goes to the log in page, i get my email and password, and then the page goes blank?

It sounds like you activated the SIM on the website. You need to download the PM app and activate it on the app first.
You can manage your account on the app or on your computer once it is activated.

Did you activate via the website first? If you did, you will need to download the Public mobile app to finish the activation process.
