Hi, recently joined and only managed to get to step 6 in the activation process. I tried to transfer my number from Koodo prepaid and only read afterwards that I nees to selwct a new no. in step 2 to do so. Now when I log into my account it only shows a screen where it states that something went wrong and i cannot complete. The only 2 options I have from that screen is to log out or contact customer support. Which is why I am writing this message.
