Hello,
My previous card is expired and I want to add a new card but the system does not accept it.
Last month I bought a voucher but I prefer to add my card to pay it automatically.
Any help would be appreciated!

I have had this issue myself after 2 attempts a day I lucked out after a week or so of trying. There must of been a hole in the matrix. Since then I have had no luck at all trying to add a prepaid visa to my son's account. This is a major glitch that Public Mobile has not been able to fix?!!
Unfortunately the advice to contact support will only help to remove an existing card. Agents cannot add or replace payment cards on your account. They lost this ability when eversafe was introduced last May.

MANY customers reported issues changing CC info.
You should reach out to agent and ask them to update your CC details.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here

@Ehsan564 Been lots of issues with people trying to update credit card info . Some say wait 24 hours and try again incognito /private mode or from the app instead . If you are in a hurry you can buy payment vouchers from shoppers 7-11 shell gas or recharge .com and load them *611 to resume services right away . If still no luck updating credit card info please submit ticket with support to help
