I got a different plan I believe it’s $40 month

it Seems since I got it I can not send or receive pictures through texting why is that

i Restarted my phone, reset my network, made sure my man was on so why is it that I’m still having problems

Clear your messaging apps cache then reboot your phone. Try again. Report back your results.
