Hi, 

I have won one of three Iphone 13 in public mobile rewards contest and I had reply the following email with in 5 days but nothing get back to me ? Anyone help please

I got this answer from CSA and I had email to the email but nothing happen.

I can't speak for Public Mobile, but what I did was ask again for you in a less busy part of the message forum and directed Public Mobile employees to this message thread.

HI @Progaucon Don't give up, it is a $1000+ iPhone.  And don't need to worry, PM was very busy fooling itself on April 1 with  it's Autopay problem, they would have no time to have another one for you  🙂

I thought it could be a Fool on April 1st . anyway I will not give up.

Well you have definitely been patient and have waited long enough.....although it is very unusual that the lucky draw being one of the big selling points of the new points program that pm has not announced the winners with great fanfare for the free marketing? Maybe they have run into some regulatory issues. Regardless they should at least keep the lucky draw winners in the loop if there is a delay in awarding the prizes. Maybe a gentle nudge towards @J_PM  will at least get you some acknowledgement along with you contacting customer support asking that they at least escalate it the correct department to reach out to you with an update.

@Progaucon   that's not good.  Just send the email again and open a ticket with PM as well.

Thank you for asking, no one reply my email even I sent ticket to customer service and they gave me another email to ask and same problem .
