Hi, Been with Public a few months so far and it’s great! My question is… all of a sudden I cannot get into the Public Mobile App on my IPhone. Seems frozen or stuck on the login page. The app works great on my IPad!
Has anyone else seen this? I erased the app from my phone and re loaded it but still no go.

can you login via the web browser?
and you are in Canada? you might not be able to login if you are outside of North American or if you are using VPN

Hi, Tried it and still the same. I removed the app reinstalled it and it won’t go beyond the login page.

give it a try to reboot your cellphone...see if that helps.
