When is customer service going to get back to me?

I have to make this post to get attention. Gotta be an advocate for yourself. Its been 2 weeks and no support. I don't think this community based support works..

@crakbanville  No there's no number to call, support is all online.

Still nothing from them. do they have a phone number to call and get an actual person?

both, no response. 

I rather them call. it seems like their ticket PM system doesn't work.

17 days and counting for me, and still no response for me. I have obtained tickets, sent separate private messages and replied to my own threads.  Nothing.

Send another support ticket as per below, @crakbanville .   Send one every 8 hours.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us,  or
  2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

as it's been a coupla weeks already...just get a new hard sim and activate your new PM acct with that instead. Actually hard sim is more versatile anyhow. If you ever upgrade to a new phone, you just move hard sim to new phone whereas you'd need another esim.

Private message. Which is how they initially contacted me. I replied back. And nothing.

 

I find it ironic. A phone company and they can't call to support. Just PM only?

@crakbanville   Have you checked your community inbox, either envelope icon top right, or tap your avatar for the drop down  menu with Messages?  Usually they are quite quick but there is a large volume at the moment so slower than usual but that's a long time.  How did you contact them, via chatbot/ticket or private message?
